Our standard lengths range from 75cm to 130cm, covering the most common requirements. However, if you need a specific length, we also offer custom straps. Just let us know your desired length and we will take care of making a custom camera strap to your specifications.

Please note that custom camera straps may require a longer processing time as they are made specifically for you. How long does it take to receive my camera strap?

We make it a point to process orders as quickly as possible and ship them promptly. You can usually expect a shipping time of 3 to 5 days. However, please note that on holidays such as Christmas, processing times can be up to 8 days.

Exchange and return

If you don't like your camera strap, we'll be happy to exchange it for another model or refund your money. Please note that for economic reasons, we cannot issue return slips, so you'll have to pay the shipping costs. This also applies to exchanging it for another camera strap. Tracking number and seller protection

We ship our camera straps insured and with a tracking number as a parcel via DHL.

We offer camera straps and camera ropes in various lengths. If you can't find a suitable length, don't hesitate to contact us. We'll be happy to check whether we can provide the length you want.

Changes to the camera strap

If you really like a camera strap but would like to change the color of the stitching or prefer a rivet instead of stitching, please feel free to contact us. We will then check whether we can implement your wishes, as long as it is possible from a manufacturing point of view.
